VIRTUAL TRY-ON. REIMAGINED.

A new way
to see
yourself.

We’re building real-time virtual try-on that brings clothing to life. On your customers. In your experience.

OUR FIRST PRODUCT IS IN DEVELOPMENT

THE NEXT FITTING ROOM
Style is personal.
The experience should be, too.

Made for movement.✳Built for commerce.✳Designed around people.✳
01 — THE PLATFORM

Bring the fitting room
to your customer.

A product photo tells part of the story. We’re developing a way for shoppers to explore how clothing could look on them—with motion, personal context, and a natural connection to your store.

FOR DIGITAL COMMERCEIn development

Your storefront.
Our try-on technology.

A planned application programming interface (API) for retailers, commerce platforms, and developers to bring virtual try-on into their own websites and services.

INTEGRATION CONCEPT● ● ●
// The experience we're building
const session = await tryon.create({
  garment: catalog.selectedItem,
  person: camera.stream,
  output: storefront.preview
});

FOR PHYSICAL RETAILFuture roadmap
Seratheon in-store kiosk concept showing a shopper exploring a different outfit on a full-length screen

A new perspective.
In store.

Our longer-term vision: a camera-enabled kiosk where shoppers can stand in front of a screen and explore garments virtually.

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE WORKING TOWARD

Choose it.
See it.
In motion.

Our goal is a natural shopping experience: select a garment, start a camera preview, and explore the look as you move.

We’re developing our minimum viable product (MVP): the first version of the platform for testing and early retail pilots.

Help shape a retail pilot ↗
A PRODUCT BUILT WITH RETAILERS

Understand your catalogue

Discuss garment categories, product assets, and the customer experience you want to offer.

01

Define a useful pilot

Agree on the integration, visual quality, and response time that would make a pilot valuable.

02

Validate before scaling

Evaluate the first version together when it is ready. Pilot availability will depend on development progress.

03
02 — OUR TECHNICAL FOCUS

Clothing has detail.
Movement matters.

We’re developing video-based generative AI with a clear aim: preserve the character of a garment while making the experience responsive enough to feel natural.

01 / FIDELITY

Keep the details.

Research focused on garment texture, shape, patterns, and visual identity—not simply a plausible replacement.

02 / CONSISTENCY

Move naturally.

Working toward consistent appearance as people move, turn, and interact with their clothing.

03 / RESPONSIVENESS

Make it feel live.

We’re developing a responsive experience that helps shoppers explore clothing naturally, with fewer interruptions between choosing a garment and seeing a new look.

OUR APPROACH

High-quality model development, efficient inference, and careful evaluation. We’re building toward upper-body, lower-body, and dress try-on in a unified experience.

03 — BUILT WITH INTENT

A personal experience.
A global ambition.

Seratheon is a company founded by Randimal Herath, focused exclusively on AI virtual try-on and related products. We’re bringing together AI research and a practical product vision: make personalised clothing visualisation accessible through the tools retailers already use.

Building toward a software-first platform, with in-store kiosks as a future product direction.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY EARLY STAGE

Data collection

Completed for the current research programme.

01

Development pipeline

Built to support model experimentation and evaluation.

02

First product development

In development. Training is the immediate focus; additional funding and compute are needed to advance the first product.

03

API pilots → in-store experiences

Planned commercial path. Customer discovery and future pilot discussions come before a wider launch.

LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT

The next fitting room
starts with
a conversation.

We’re seeking conversations with prospective retail pilot partners, developers, investors, and compute partners as we develop our first product.
